RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE


Order Modifications or Cancellation
Since our products are made to order and custom printed, cancellations are not accepted, all purchases should be considered final, however if you wish to cancel your order please contact us promptly within 12 hours of order placement. Our team will attempt to cancel the order with our factory. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all. 

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Royal Treasure Trove, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Which thankfully is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by covering the return shipping cost and offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.


To start the refund process, please send an email to our customer service support team at BuenaThompsonEnterprises@gmail.com with your Name, Order number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for the refund. Our customer service team will then review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours. If the order qualifies as approved for refund, we can refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days or send a replacement order and have it ready to ship in the next 72 hours.

All requesting refunds must be emailed within 30 days of delivery.

Order not received

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase or replacement of item.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

Returns
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Customs,Duties, and Taxes
Royal Treasure Trove is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed by your government during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

To request assistance with any order please make sure that:
The product was received in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
